The colorful boutique hostel, surrounded by the fashion shops, hip residences, music workshops and art galleries of Galata.

Sumo Cat Hostel is a recently renovated 19th century building with 5 rooms uniquely designed by 5 different artists.

Located at the center of the attraction points, Sumo Cat is just a stone throw away from the Galata Tower, 2 min walk to Istıklal Street (night life, shopping and entertainment area) and 4 stops by tram to Sultanahmet (old city center -Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque,Topkapı Palace etc.)

Sajad I did my reservation easily here.lucky boss for having such Great staff. rooms are clean ,breakfast is very good , location is perfect(make sure that you have the map, maybe it is a bit hard to find) .In kitchen you can find everything.good availability to internet. that could be better if there were a small shelf beside shower. The floor of room 2 (six bed) is wooden which is a bit noisy when your are walking. I give mark 97 from 100 to this hostel. 18-09-2011 23:05:38

Lisa Allen This is an excellent hostel! The staff was incredibly helpful on answering the many questions I had about the city and the culture!
